Paragraph one

To be a good citizen, you need to participate in politics. To do that, you need to be aware of everything that is political, but what does political mean? A quick google search and you’ll find the definition to be “relating to the government or the public affairs of a country,” and that is not very descriptive. The bald eagle is the symbol of America, so does that make it political? Personally, I view something as political when it is reflective of society and/or the views it has. So, while a picture of a bald eagle on its own isn’t political, this beefy bald eagle holding a gun would be political.

With that definition in mind, almost anything can be political. However, the most people will recognize as political beyond what happens in their government are political comics and satire. But when I say almost anything can be political, I mean it. More often than not, political commentary can be slipped right under one’s nose completely unnoticed. So let’s dive into all the political content you probably missed.
